We connect Irish businesses with trained Virtual Assistants who can support with admin, inboxes, client communication, social media and day-to-day operations virtually or in person where suitable.
Part-time support without the cost or commitment of hiring full-time.
Supporting Irish businesses
A lot of small and growing businesses reach a point where the admin, inboxes, follow-ups, client communication and day-to-day tasks start taking over.
But hiring a full-time employee is not always the right next step. You might only need a few hours of support each week. You might need someone to take pressure off your team during busy periods. Or you might need a reliable person to step in and keep the back-end of the business moving.
That's where Team Virtual Talent comes in. We help match businesses with trained Virtual Assistants who are looking for flexible, part-time work and are ready to support Irish businesses in a practical way.
Find out if we can helpEvery business is different, so the support can be shaped around what you actually need whether that is a few hours a week or more consistent part-time help.

Simple, straightforward, and designed around your needs.
Fill in a short enquiry form. Let us know what tasks you need help with, the hours you have in mind, and whether you need virtual or in-person support.
We look at the type of support you need, the skills required and the kind of person who would be the best fit for your business.
We connect you with a trained Virtual Assistant who fits your business needs, availability and preferred way of working.
Speak with the VA, ask questions and decide whether you would like to move forward. No pressure, no commitment.
We understand both sides of the process what businesses need from reliable support, and what makes a Virtual Assistant prepared and client-ready.

Most Virtual Assistant support can be delivered fully online, which means you are not limited by location and can access support from anywhere in Ireland.
If you are based locally and would prefer occasional in-person support, we can explore that where suitable. Our founder is based in the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown area, so for nearby businesses, there may be an option to meet in person first.
Team Virtual Talent was created by Team Virtual an Irish business that has trained hundreds of women to build their own Virtual Assistant businesses since 2020.
After supporting so many VAs to get started, we saw a clear gap: Irish businesses need reliable, flexible, part-time support, and trained Virtual Assistants need opportunities to work with businesses that understand the value of what they do.
Team Virtual Talent brings both sides together. We're not here to overcomplicate hiring. We're here to help businesses access skilled part-time support in a way that feels practical, professional and realistic.
Not sure if it's right for your business? These are the questions we hear most often.
